There are just 58 absolute beachfront homes in WA and less than 5 available for holiday rent.

This spacious, $5m holiday home is located on 1200sq m of prime Lancelin beachfront just 80 minutes north of Perth. There's not a home in Lancelin that comes close to Solitude - there wouldn't be a rival within 150kms.

Up to 10 are accommodated in 6 oversized ensuited bedrooms. There are 2 lounge areas, media room, a heated beachfront pool, 2 patios, designer kitchen, scullery, triple garage and the Indian Ocean at your back doorstep.

Live on the beach

The crystal clear waters of Lancelin Bay are a mere 40 metres from the house. Observe your children playing in the calm Indian Ocean water from the comfort of the balcony.

Watch the cray boats glide past and then head down to the jetty for a bounty of fresh crayfish.

Early morning you'll spot plenty of rabbits in the dunes in front of the home and in the evening, you'll watch the sun set, probably with a glass of French champagne or a cocktail in your hand.

Plenty of calm

There is little to distract you in Lancelin. Your days will be spent in and around the home.
