Scotch Hill is in Hawthorn, which is a predominantly expensive heritage suburb of Melbourne. There is an abundance of beautiful old restored homes like this, and they don't often come onto the market.
Despite the white stark walls, the rooms are very warm and inviting, no doubt the timber floors have something to do with that.
And isn't it nice to see a "pricey" home with very little beige, and heaps of real colours!

Aha, so that's why such a big price tag, a tennis court in Hawthorn, that's not too common these days with developers snapping up these properties and chopping them up for a quick profit!
