quoting it as a "Middle Park Mansion"!
(which I think is a bit of an exaggeration...)
But it is a gorgeous home, no doubt.

Notice the two different brick colours
on the wall, and the front fence.
I would have painted the front fence,
but that's me.

It's stylish, but I'd say it's staged at this point,
it all looks bland to me.
The appeal of this home is the contemporary floor plan
from such a restrictive narrow heritage home.

I absolutely love what they have done with this home.
If you look at the floorplan below, they have stuck
with many of a typical heritage home floorplan feature,

Just amazing.
