On alighting the stairs to the main bedroom it is apparent that no expense has been spared in quality fitting or finish reflected in the enormous mirrors, with a gymnasium, a freestanding spa, and concealed bathroom/shower.<br /><br />The broad and proud living zone rises above the steps of the entrance, with carpet embedded supporting the sumptuous lounge whilst opposite under the towering embellished ceiling is the grandest of kitchens, replete in European appliances. This total area is surrounded by four meter high slim line doors reaching for the sky, providing access to the private northern 'boat deck' resplendent in curved decking, a central waterfall gently splashes on river pebbles.<br /><br />Upstairs the dormitory has three bedrooms of similar grand design, all with built in robes and serviced by either a private ensuite or central guests bathroom. A large theatre room compliments all this, with its own dance floor overlooking the port of Geelong.
