Porter Davis Homes

My DH and I went through this display home today, and loved it. When I asked my DH why he loved it he said because it looks so nice, so what he was really saying was he loved the interior decor, not so much the layout of the home!

As displayed at Point Cook in Melbourne

This display home is built by Porter Davis Homes and is called The Mariott 48. It is currently on display at the Alamanda display at Point Cook, around 30mins drive from Melbourne CBD. All PD's displays are decorated by Hopetoun Interiors, and frankly, they are imo, the best displays around.

Study

This home is styled French Provincial, but PD's interiors and wide ranged and probably just about something for all tastes... French Provincial is a huge fav of my DH.

Master Bedroom

It is a stunning two storey house which has a basic list price of $332,000, but as displayed, you are probably more likely going to be spending around $380,000, and of course, that is NOT including land.

I just find the display homes such a wealth of inspiration and information on what is new, and what is old. It is also a great way to see a home before kids have completely "personalised" the space and it is no longer recognisable from your original dream!!!

(but hey, that's what we want isn't it!!)

Stiff display home decor competition comes from other top building companies including Henley Homes and Metricon Homes, which I will post some of their homes from time to time as well.

And here's the Master Plan
WOW!

WHO DOESN"T LOVE A GOOD DISPLAY HOME!!!
